Terms of service
These terms describe how the platform may be used while it is being built. They are deliberately short and plain.
This is a draft, pending legal review
The text below is an early draft written to state our intent plainly. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a final agreement. A reviewed version will replace it before any commercial launch.Scope
This document covers the web application, the public messaging API and any account created on the platform. It does not replace WhatsApp's or Meta's own terms, which continue to apply to any number you connect.
What the service does
The platform sends and receives WhatsApp messages on behalf of a connected number through one of three paths: a shared test number, a linked number over QR, or the Meta Cloud API. Which parts are available today is stated openly on the landing page, and parts of the product are still unfinished.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys. API keys authenticate as your workspace, so treat a live key as a password. Notify us if you believe a key has been exposed and revoke it from the developer surface.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages, to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you, to impersonate another party, or for anything unlawful. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, safety limits or provider integrity systems.
WhatsApp policies and the QR path
The QR path uses an unofficial client and is not supported by Meta. Account restrictions, throttling or bans remain possible, and no limit we apply can guarantee otherwise. We provide conservative safety controls and recommend migrating production traffic to the official Meta path.
Availability and changes
The platform is in active development. Features may change, and interruptions should be expected while it is pre-launch. Breaking changes to the public API will be versioned rather than applied in place.
Pricing and billing
No charges apply today and no payment details are collected. Plan limits exist and are enforced. Prices will be published before commercial launch, and no account will be charged without an explicit agreement first.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that endangers the service, other customers, or a connected WhatsApp number, and we will state the reason when we do.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as-is while pre-launch. We do not accept liability for lost messages, restricted WhatsApp accounts, or business losses arising from use of an unofficial connection path. A reviewed version of this section will set the final terms.
Governing law
The governing jurisdiction will be named once the operating entity is registered. It is deliberately left blank here rather than guessed at.
